Upon entering, our welcome basket will make you feel right at home. We’ll get to know you better during the get-acquainted meeting with the Administrator and Director of Nursing. In our family meeting we’ll begin to understand all the big and little things that make you an individual, because we can’t cater to individual needs until we know what those needs are.
Everything we do is designed to enhance the quality of our care. In our SNEAK PEEK PROGRAM, senior staff makes unannounced visits to facilities at off hours, weekends and holidays to assess care and quality. It not only keeps our own staff on their toes, these visits make sure our resident families have access to senior staff on the weekends.
Caring is continuous here, and we‘ll keep on letting you know how much we care with thank you cards and flowers when you leave a facility and get well cards on any trip to the hospital. With our OPEN DOOR POLICY you can express your individual needs or concerns. We’re enhancing our residents’ lives by what we offer and do. We’re making BELIEVERS out of everyone.
Guardian Angel Program
Expect the unexpected. The Guardian Angel Program provides care and encouragement to meet the continuing needs of each resident. Guardian Angels are assigned by position to all resident rooms for Quality Assurance. Questions are asked of the resident and/or the responsible party on a daily basis during the Guardian Angel Quality Assurance Rounds. Our Guardian Angel Program is designed to treat you as the most important person in the facility. That’s not difficult for us, because that’s how we feel about each resident.
We create moments that really do matter. Not just once a week, but once a day. Sometimes twice. We want to know everything, not just once a week, but once a day. Sometimes twice. We want to know everything about your experience—from the food, room temperature, getting along—everything!
This way, little things don’t become BIG issues. We think it’s the only way to make sure you’re getting your individual needs taken care of — immediately.
