We solicit feedback from ALL of our customers and that includes patients, their families, doctors and our business partners. We take all of that information and put it to good use.

Customer Survey



In order to make changes, we have to know what you're thinking. So we make sure we find out through our Customer Surveys. The Miami facility wanted Cuban bread for breakfast and now they're enjoying it. Our assisted living facilities wanted interactive dining and now they're having Fettuccini Alfredo and Fine Herbs Omelets prepared tableside. Our Indiana facility wanted a plasma TV for the big game to cheer on the home team. They got the TV and the win.

Satisfaction Survey



The Satistaction Survey also acknowledges those staff members who are identified through verbal or written expression. We call them our Care Pros. Here, whether you're a resident or a staff member, you can make a difference.

Care Line



Care that never stops. We provide a human connection 24/7. Our Care Line is a toll-free hotline that enables you to call in anonymously. Senior staff will respond to your calls, which means every call will be treated with the utmost care. If there is anything on your mind, anything we can do to make you more comfortable, we WANT to know.

You can also use the Care Line to tell us what a good job we're doing. Employee recognition is a priority for us, so if you want to commend a certain staff member, we like that too.
