To understand the care needs of our patients, we need to know everything we can about their medical history. So we built our own medical tracking system to offer efficient and accurate care. The data tells a story; from referrals to admissions to discharges, we're doing everything we can to provide better care and establish better relationships with everyone involved.

Staying connected with each other is essential. Our data is tied to a Wide Area Network (WAN), allowing us to quickly analyze and investigate clinical or financial data in any location. Our network coordinator provides support for all computers so there are no local networks that can break down and interrupt the flow of information. We use our facility computers to access email and update facility information using proprietary programs.

We have a specialized IT department that manages technology so we can better manage patient care. We are continuing to automate using the latest technology, so our staff isn't inundated by paperwork and is free to focus completely on our residents.

We're giving technology a human face.
