Clinical Operations is our core business. Consistent quality outcomes are balanced with each center’s operational expectations. We are very pleased that local hospitals have chosen us to pilot new clinical programs and nursing schools have selected our facilities as training grounds for their graduating students.
Each of our facilities has a Regional Director of Clinical Operations that consults, educates and supervises the day-to-day delivery of care. We make sure that our care is effective by a tracking and trending process that’s customized for each of our facilities.
Our training is thorough. Our people are certified in areas of wound management, quality assurance, risk and behavior management, care planning and rehabilitation.
