Welcome to Village Place
Village Place is conveniently located in Port Charlotte with convenient access to both Fawcett Memorial Hospital and Peace River Regional Medical Center. As a resident at Village Place Health and Rehab, you will receive individualized therapy throughout your stay. Every therapist at Village Place is experienced, certified and professionally licensed in physical, speech or occupational therapy. A dedicated rehab and complex care unit provides our residents with inpatient services, as well as, outpatient therapy. Outpatient rehabilitation at Village Place is designed with the goal of maximizing the resident's physical capacity and establishing a fitness regimen customized to the resident's post-therapy needs.
Our center's living spaces have been designed with our residents' function and comfort in mind. There are plenty of common areas for our residents to share time with family and friends, including several beautiful courtyards perfect for enjoying Florida's balmy weather. Our staff is committed to providing exceptional customer service. We are very proud of the excellent reputation we have in the community.
