Welcome to Sunset Lake
Sunset Lake, conveniently located in Venice with access to I-75 and Hwy 41, has served residents in the South Florida-Sarasota County area for over 15 years. Skilled rehab and long term care are available at Sunset Lake Health and Rehab, and outpatient care is offered by our certified and professionally licensed therapists. Outpatient rehabilitation at Sunset Lake is designed with the goal of maximizing the resident’s physical capacity and establishing a fitness regimen customized to the resident’s post-therapy needs.
Sunset Lake’s living spaces have been designed with our residents’ function and comfort in mind. The center offers 120 well-appointed suites, including 22 large private suites, with a home-like environment. Our beautifully decorated suites are equipped with cable television, telephones, and electric beds with specialty mattresses. There are many common areas for our residents to share time with friends and families. Meals are served restaurant-style in our elegantly decorated dining room. As a resident at Sunset Lake Health and Rehab, you will receive individualized therapy throughout your stay.
