Welcome to Rockledge
Rockledge Health and Rehab is 107 bed skilled nursing facility located in Central Brevard County, serving residents from Cocoa, Titusville, Melbourne, Rockledge, and Merritt Island. Rockledge operates a 40 bed skilled unit that primarily serves ortho/neuro rehab residents.
Our center's living spaces have been designed with our residents' function and comfort in mind. We have 107 well appointed suites with a home-like environment, including several large private suites. There are beautifully decorated common areas for our residents to share time with friends and families. Meals are served restaurant style in our elegant dining room.
