Welcome to New Horizon
New Horizon is a 159-bed skilled nursing facility located just blocks from Ocala Regional and Monroe Regional Hospitals. The newest addition to this facility is a 50 bed skilled and rehab unit which designed for the specific requirements of short term Medicare and HMO residents. New Horizon is a recognized leader in ortho/neuro rehabilitation and has licensed staff to provide Anodyne treatment for pain management. Long term and short term care services, respite care, hospice care, and concierge services are offered. A secure Memory Enhancement Unit (MEU),
called Magnolia Gardens, is also located at New Horizon for residents requiring specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia care.
As a resident at New Horizon, you will receive individualized therapy throughout your stay. Every therapist at New Horizon is experienced, certified and professionally licensed. New Horizon has a full service amenity package including rehab, private dining in the Bistro, and an internet lounge. Luxurious private suites are offered, equipped with electric beds, private phones, and cable televisions to make our residents feel at home.
