Greenbriar is tucked away in a residential community just west of Hwy 41. Only blocks away from Manatee Memorial Hospital, Greenbriar is a 60 bed facility that includes a 30 bed skilled unit. As a resident at our facility, you will receive individualized therapy throughout your stay. Every therapist at Greenbriar is experienced, certified and professionally licensed in physical, speech or occupational therapy.

Greenbriar was designed with our resident's function and comfort in mind. Well-appointed suites with a home-like environment are plenty, with common areas for our residents to share time with friends and families. Meals are served restaurant-style in our elegantly decorated dining room.
