Our key executives represent over 100 years of collective experience in the health care industry and are leaders in the development of people, systems and expertise that allow us to focus on residents' needs. They have dedicated the majority of their careers training and mentoring those individuals who interface directly or indirectly with the elderly population. We leverage that experience with our specialized “hands on” approach. GHCM capitalizes on the efficiencies of small interdisciplinary teams who not only respond promptly to any situation but who also conduct weekly reviews of each center’s operation.
